Fishermen of Matalacha (Boots and Butts)

This large piece is exact in nature and to the feel of evening breeze on the inlet/backwater bay of Matalacha (FL) on the Gulf of Mexico.  Two fishermen were relaxing on the pier with their drinks in hand, looking out at the shrimp boats they worked on.  Affectionately known as Boots and Butts,  it is colorful and true in its execution.  A fine painting indeed, as it has been shown in Juried exhibitions twice.  Bryn Du Mansion, 16th Annual and State of Ohio, Fine Arts Exhibition, 2017.
